Annual Reports to the UN Arms Register

With Resolution 46/36L the UN General Assembly has installed an Arms Register. All member states are called upon to supply information about their transfer of conventional large weapon systems. Around a quarter of the states oblige. Since 2006 member states are also called upon to supply information on a voluntary basis about the export of Small Arms and Light Weapons (SALW). The annual reports on Large Weapon Systems and on SALW can be downloaded directly from the UN Arms Register or alternatively here:
