Foreign Trade and Payments Act
While the War Weapons Control Act applies only to weapons of war as defined by the War Material List B the Foreign Trade and Payments Act covers those weapons as well as other military goods and dual-use-items.

- Ausfuhrliste Teil 1 B (nationally registered Dual-Use-items)
- Ausfuhrliste Teil 1 C (Dual-Use-items included in the respective listings of the EU Common Regulation on Dual-Use-items (date: 19.4.2012)
The Foreign Trade and Payments Act was extensively rewritten in 2012 to reflect changes at the European level.
