Foreign Trade and Payments Act

While the War Weapons Control Act applies only to weapons of war as defined by the War Material List B the Foreign Trade and Payments Act covers those weapons as well as other military goods and dual-use-items.

The Foreign Trade and Payments Act was extensively rewritten in 2012 to reflect changes at the European level.
